At Third Space Fitness, we provide you with all the resources and tools to meet your health and wellness goals., at any level of fitness. We offer private training, group classes and small group training with certified personal trainers. Additionally, we provided nutrition coaching and high quality supplements so you can best fuel your body.
private TRAINING
With private training, you get 1:1 instruction and coaching with your personal trainer. Training sessions are 1 hour long, and all sessions are tailored for the individual. A progressive training program is designed for the client specifically.
TIME EFFECIENT classes
We know free time is not a luxury for most people. Time is a common barrier for individuals looking to exercise. That's why we offer high quality, yet time efficient workouts to get you full body results. Classes are 45-60 minutes long.
small GROUP TRAINING
We offer 1 hour, small group training sessions for 2-6 individuals who share a common goal and enjoy the support and motivation that training with a group offers. While we create and promote specific small group training, you can also book these for your family or friends alone.
NUTRITION COACHING
You can't outwork a bad diet, and you certainly can't perform well if you aren't feuling your body with healthy foods. Nutrition is key in hitting your fitness goals, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition. With nutrition coaching you can meet your goals faster, feel better, and learn how to eat for life.
